Are you ready to invest in arc safe electrical testing?

Electrical transformers and equipment in a power substation.

Dear Investor,

Unique opportunity to invest in a billion-dollar industry with a product that will have sales exceeding 100 million dollars in a few short years after UL certification. We are seeking additional funding for the construction of prototypes for the UL certification process and our initial marketing campaign. The company has been in business for more than 15 years; the corporation was formed in 2018. We have funded the development of this product and all associated costs of the patent thus far and are 100% debt free; we are currently in the prototype development stage. This a rare investment opportunity. Knowledgeable people within the industry are anxious to see this product developed.

Unknowingly as you go throughout your day, thousands of electricians and technicians install, commission, upgrade and test energized electrical systems. Until 2018, this industry was essentially the wild west without significant enforceable rules, standards, or regulations. As such, there were numerous terrible accidents and deaths within the industry. Moreover, the industry still relies on the same archaic means of test equipment and procedures. Until now, The Arc Safe Electrical Testing System will soon change the industry forever.  Adair Family Enterprise holds a patent on the Arc Safe Electrical Testing System. This system will revolutionize the testing procedure by reducing the hazards, time and cost of current testing.  It is designed to move the industry beyond conventional two-lead digital multimeters and establish a safer standard for energized electrical testing.

PROJECT INFORMATION

Client Product Description:

The ARC Safe Electrical Testing System is intended to provide safety for electrical workers against the hazards of exposure to ARC flashes. This device reduces the hazardous incident energy from +200 (CAL/cm2) to less than 0.05 (CAL/cm2), making it safe for electricians and technicians to perform energized electrical testing for startup, commissioning, and maintenance and to stay in compliance with the newly drafted 2018-2021 NFPA 70E.

Adair Family Enterprise is seeking strategic investment and industry partnerships to support prototype completion, certification, production, and market launch. Investment terms and participation levels will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Interested parties are invited to contact us directly.

Investment proceeds are intended to be used for prototype completion, engineering, product certification and listing, production planning, launch preparation, marketing, and ordinary business expenses related to bringing the Arc Safe Electrical Testing System to market. The company intends to use investment capital responsibly and transparently, with expenditures directed toward product development and commercialization. Specific investment terms, investor rights, equity participation, and use-of-funds details will be addressed directly with qualified prospective investors.
